Who is behind all this?
Stefanie Rothenhöfer has turned her passion for food and gastronomy into her job on a very early stage and learnt the business from scratch. She studied Hospitality and Food Service Management both in Germany and France and has worked for Gemany’s leading catering company Feinkost Käfer. After gaining experience in Paris and New York she returned to Berlin where she set up her own food business and later on worked for Markthalle Neun. She founded FEC in 2014 and today works as a consultant and speaks at various conferences.
